Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given
for cancellations made before March 7, 2003. A 50% refund will be given for
cancellations made between March 8 – 20, 2003. No refund will be given
for cancellations made on or after March 21, 2003. All cancellations must be in
writing. Substitutions are gladly accepted. If you register for the conference
and for some reason cannot attend, PLEASE call CANEC’s office at
650-654-6003 so that we do not order meals for you.
