2003 Conference on Charter Schools:

Location: Anaheim Marriott, 700 West Convention Way, Anaheim, CA. For additional details about the conference site, including how to make guest room reservations, please visit CANEC's conference website online at www.canec.org/2003_conference.html.

Exhibit fee: $1,000 for 8' x 10' exhibit space

$900 for CANEC Business Members

(CANEC Business Members enjoy a 10% discount and prime space at the conference)

Exhibit features:

  • 8' x 10' exhibit space (includes drapery on back wall, side dividers, and a company identification sign)
  • 6' table, two chairs
  • Booth back walls are 8' high and side walls are 3' high. No special signs, apparatus, or lighting fixtures are permitted in excess of 8' in height without approval from CANEC.
  • Electrical outlets (if needed)
  • Internet access available at additional cost to exhibitor
  • The exhibit space will share the same space as the general sessions, meal functions, and receptions. There will be a total of seven meal functions and within those meal functions there will be four general session programs.
  • Company listing in the Conference Program
  • Breakfast and lunch for two on Thursday, 3/27/03 , Friday, 3/28/03, and Saturday 3/29/03. Exhibitors who would like to attend conference breakout sessions are required to register for the conference. Registration material as well as information on the conference program and additional conference activities can be found online at www.canec.org/2003_conference.html.

Exhibit Set-up:

Wednesday, March 26 - 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Exhibit Break-down:

Friday, March 28 - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 29 - 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit Schedule: Exhibits will be open during the conference on Thursday, March 27 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, March 28 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday (optional for exhibitors) from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Exhibits may also be opened on Wednesday, March 26 from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. for a pre-conference reception if that event is sponsored.

Once we have received your "Space Reservation Form" we will send you additional details including where to ship your display materials, your booth number and a floor plan, and information on how to order internet access.
