Exhibit fee: $1,000 for 8' x 10' exhibit space $900 for CANEC Business Members (CANEC Business Members enjoy a 10% discount and prime space at the conference) Exhibit features:
Exhibit Set-up: Wednesday, March 26 - 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Exhibit Break-down: Friday, March 28 - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday, March 29 - 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Exhibit Schedule: Exhibits will be open during the conference on Thursday, March 27 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, March 28 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday (optional for exhibitors) from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Exhibits may also be opened on Wednesday, March 26 from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. for a pre-conference reception if that event is sponsored. Once we have received your "Space Reservation Form" we will send you additional details including where to ship your display materials, your booth number and a floor plan, and information on how to order internet access.
